Public Transport

A range of buses and trains service the airport daily. The quickest route from the airport to Tokyo city is by train on the Narita Sky Access line. Other rail options include the Keisei Railway or JR Line.

Business Services

The Business & Travel Support Centre is located on the fifth floor of the departures lobby in Terminal 1. Services include Wi-fi, business card printing, copying, fax machines and printers.

Internet Access

Free Wi-fi is available after security in the arrival and departure lobbies in Terminals 1 and 2. Internet connected computer terminals are also available throughout the airport.

Family Facilities

Baby changing rooms are located on ever floor of each terminal while children's playrooms can be found on third floor of Terminals 1 and 2. Older kids can play at the Kid's Room and Kid's Park, located on the third floor of Terminal 2.

Baggage

Terminal 1 has one left baggage service available on the first floor of the arrivals lounge while Terminal 2 has three left baggage services available on the first and third floor of the main building. A range of baggage delivery services are also offered throughout Terminals 1 and 2.

Showers

Showers are available on the second and third floors of Terminal 1 and on the first and third floors of Terminal 2.

Airline Lounges

The following airlines have lounges located within the airport. For access to specific lounges, refer to your airline.

Japan Airlines - Japan Airlines has three Sakura Lounges and two First Class Lounges located within Terminal 2. Each lounge varies in service and may include complimentary snacks and beverages, freshly-baked bread, seasonal wine, sake, massage chairs, business facilities and various family services. Access to each lounge will vary from the airlines' First and Business Class lounges to various JMB and JAL card holders.

Qantas - The Qantas Club Lounge, located on the second floor of Terminal 2, is available to the airline's First and Business class customers as well as Qantas Club, Frquent Flyer and oneworld Airlines members. Guests are privy to luxurious shower facilities, a buffet menu, a premium bar facility offering complimentary drinks, entertainment zones, internet connected PCs as well as work stations and other business facilities.

Delta Airlines - The Delta Air Lines Sky Club is located on the fourth floor of Terminal 1 and is open from 8am to 9pm daily. Access to the lounge is given to Business Elite and SkyTeam premium passengers as well as various Sky Club, SkyTeam Elite Plus, and American Express Platinum members flying with Delta Airlines. The lounge at Narita is equipped with seating for over 400 people and includes an array of seating areas including a dedicated quiet zone. Guests are also privy to a range of facilities and services including showers, business facilities, a family room, VIP room and complimentary snacks and beverages.

Terminal Transfers

Narita International Airport has two terminals which are connected by a free shuttle bus. The shuttle operates from 6:30am to 10:30pm and runs every 7 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day. The journey time between Terminals 1 and 2 takes approximately 10 minutes.
