Located in the ‘pedestrian friendly’, upscale city of Coral Gables on Miami’s southwest side, the Miracle Mile is the main east-west thoroughfare in downtown Coral Gables.  This popular leisure and entertainment corridor is famous for its many restaurants, boutiques, shops and galleries.

No matter what your taste or craving, the restaurants on the Miracle Mile are diverse and far ranging and these cafés and eateries add to the street’s vibrancy.  Add a mix of cinema, stage and a warm tropical climate and you will soon see why the Miracle Mile continues to be a popular draw for both tourists and locals alike.  The city has a distinct European feel and the architecture of the surrounding buildings only adds to the allure of this inviting area.

Coral Gables is a historic city known for its beautiful Mediterranean style architecture, as well as the famous Biltmore Hotel, the Venetian Pool and The University of Miami.   The Coral Gables Museum highlights the history and design of the city’s beautiful architecture and urban planning and it offers an interesting insight into the development of Coral Gables.

South of downtown and near the end of I-95, follow SW 22nd Street west, away from the coast.  This street becomes Miracle Mile at SW 37th Avenue.  From the north or south take SW 37th Avenue to 22nd St/Miracle Mile.
