One item of hand luggage – up to 10kg with maximum dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 23cm – is permitted per person, in addition to 1 small personal item, e.g. a small laptop or handbag. Checked baggage incurs a fee – each person may take 2 pieces of luggage, up to 20kgs each, before excess fees apply.
Counter check-in opens at least 2 hours prior to departure; it closes 45 minutes before departure for international flights and 30 minutes before domestic flights. Note these times vary for travel to/from Israel and Dubai.
If travelling within Nordic countries – with hand luggage only – passengers may go directly to the gate, without checking-in, but must be in possession of their travel document or smartphone ticket. Self-service check-in kiosks are also available at several airports.
