Frontier Airlines' fleet comprises several models Airbus (A318, A319 and A320), Bombardier (Q400), and Embraer (E190 and ERJ-145). Seat pitches range from 31 to 38 inches and seat widths are 17 or 18 inches. Seat-back TVs are fitted in the Airbus aircraft (with paid entertainment) and the Embraer E190s are fitted with Wi-Fi. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase on all flights more than 360 kilometres and a more substantial menu is offered for purchase on flights more than 1120 kilometres.
Each traveller may bring aboard 1 personal item, such as a purse or briefcase, and 1 bag with maximum dimensions 23cms x 38cms x 60cms and weight of 16kg. Checked baggage must not exceed a dimension sum (length + width + height) of 157cm or weight of 23kgs.
Checked baggage fees vary depending on fare purchased but generally the first bag checked is free across classes on international flights. Fees apply to luggage checked on domestic economy fares.
Frontier Airlines offers counter and online check-in. Passengers on domestic flights should be checked-in at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure, and 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights. Online check-in is available from 24 hours to 60 minutes prior to departure.
